Shipping: 

Your order will be processed within 1 to 21 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Please refer to the chart below to estimate your processing time. If you anticipate being away when your package arrives, we recommend contacting your local postal office to arrange a convenient pickup.

Lost Packages

We regret to inform you that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If such an unfortunate incident occurs, we recommend contacting your local post office to initiate a claim.

Additionally, if you purchased shipping insurance through ROUTE, you can also contact ROUTE directly to initiate your claim. Rest assured, all orders will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience

Refunds/Exchanges:

We're happy to accommodate returns for hair extensions within, 14 days of receipt, provided they're returned in their original condition. Please note that due to the hygienic nature of raw hair extensions, we can only accept returns for products that haven't been unraveled or worn.

For wigs, as they are custom-ordered items tailored to individual head sizes, we are unable to offer refunds. Each product is specifically crafted and cannot be resold. Thank you for understanding

Cancellation: 

Please contact customer service within 24hrs in order to cancel your order.

 Damages/Issues: 

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it for any defects or discrepancies. Should you find the item defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. Once we've received the item, we'll promptly ship out the correct one to you
